HOREX
The legendary Regina
1950,
For the first time, a motorcycle was given a woman‘s name instead of a purely functional designation, and to this day motorcycle enthusiasts associate the „Regina“ in particular with the HOREX tradition. Pioneering design, outstanding chrome finish and special paintwork, state-of-the-art technology and reliability made the model a bestseller as early as 1952 (over 20.000 units). A total of around 83.000 machines are built, at times one unit left the factory every seven minutes. Up until 1955, the „Regina“ continued to undergo technical further development (camshafts, outlets, cylinder head); finally, in addition to the „Sport“, versions with 250 and 400 cm³ were also offered.
2023 ,
The motorcycle queen of the 1950s returns to the streets after more than 70 years. HOREX will once again place what used to be the most coveted motorcycle in the world at the top of the market. Design, technology, materials and function are just as extraordinary as the product itself. Just in time for the centenary of the HOREX brand, the market has another benchmark, the HOREX Regina Evo 2023.
