Terms of reservation
1. reservation of a HOREX Regina evo
Thank you for your reservation of a HOREX Regina Evo. With your reservation request, you have assured yourself of delivery priority after the start of series production of your HOREX Regina Evo.
2. effective date
Your reservation becomes effective as soon as (1.) you have made your reservation and as soon as (2.) we have received your reservation amount.
Order process
Your reservation secures your delivery priority after the start of series production; this is neither a purchase nor an order for a vehicle. Shortly before delivery of your HOREX Regina Evo, you will receive the purchase contract. This will tell you the purchase price of the vehicle and the estimated amount of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges and any other fees payable. When you complete the order, we will offset your reservation amount against your payment for the vehicle purchase. Your reservation may be cancelled at any time up to the completion of the purchase contract. In this case, your reservation amount will be refunded in full.
4. transferability
You agree that we will not deposit your deposit in a separate account or trust fund and that we will not pay any interest on your deposit. Your reservation is not transferable or assignable to any other party without the prior written consent of HOREX Motorcycles GmbH.
5. your personal data
From time to time we may ask you for certain information to enable us to fulfil our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We will treat your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://horexregina.com/en/dataprotection/ .
